IPT (Ideal Personal Training)

If you are someone who wants the benefits of individualized fitness coaching, Ideal Personal Training at Ideal Strength & Fitness might be a great option for you!

 

IPT sessions are designed to be mission focused and individualized for your specific needs. Typical sessions will consist of Warm Up and Training Block with Coach Mike and possibly other team members. Sessions are roughly 45 minutes in length but will range in time depending upon Warm Up, Training Block and possibly extra training.

IPT sessions will be scheduled directly with Coach Mike and provide scheduling flexibility.

 

Coach Mike & our team of Personal Training coaches work with all different types of people with varying levels of fitness at many different age ranges. We train our customers for all types of reasons like:

 

  • Quality of Life

  • Weight Loss

  • Muscle Building

  • Strength Training

  • Military PFT

  • Athletic Events

  • Specific Goals (Pull Ups, Push Ups, Deadlift, Squat, etc.)

  • Many More Reasons

 

Scheduling IPT & Cancellations will be handled with Coach Mike.

 

IPT can can be customized based upon your budget by doing a package option or monthly payments. No Refunds.
