Even though we believe that the Group training system will work for all fitness levels, if you are someone who prefers individualized fitness coaching, Personal Training at Ideal Strength & Fitness might be a great option for you!

​

Sessions are designed to be mission focused and individualized for your specific needs. Sessions are roughly 45 minutes in length but will range in time depending upon Warm Up, Training Block and possibly extra training.

​

Sessions will be scheduled directly with Coach Mike or other coaches to provide scheduling flexibility.

 

ISF works with all different types of people with varying levels of fitness at many different age ranges. We train our customers for all types of reasons like:

 

  • Quality of Life

  • Weight Loss

  • Muscle Building

  • Strength Training

  • Military PFT

  • Athletic Events

  • Specific Goals (Pull Ups, Push Ups, Deadlift, Squat, etc.)

  • Many More Reasons

 

Sessions will be scheduled and cancellations will be handled by Coach Mike or other coaches.

 

Personal Training can can be customized based upon your budget by doing a package option or monthly payments. No Refunds.
