GROUP TRAINING

GROUP TRAINING WITH

IDEAL STRENGTH & FITNESS

 

Our program is designed to have a multi-faceted approach to fitness by offering a varied training sessions.

Group Strength Sessions consist will focus on compound & isolation movements to promote maintaining muscle, building muscle, strength gain, muscular endurance to improve your physique and tackle everyday challenges. These sessions will involve Sets & Reps to promote progressive overload. Sessions are up to an hour.

Group Hybrid Sessions will consist of using of intervals & combination movements. These sessions will consist of weight training with a sprinkle of old school ISF Bootcamp to help with cardiovascular capacity, cardiovascular endurance, overall athleticism, balance, flexibility, core strength and much more. Sessions are up to an hour. 

Group Bootcamp Hybrid EXT Sessions are very similar to our Group Hybrid Sessions, but with more of that old school ISF Bootcamp style. Sessions are extended up to 75 Minutes with an after team stretch section.

 Group Training sessions run Monday through Saturday in the mornings and evening most days. 

By having an active membership, you also gain access to doing our monthly programming at home if that is more convenient for you. You will be using bodyweight & various pieces of equipment like; kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, sleds, and much more.

 

ISF Coaches will demonstrate, guide, assist, modify and much more.

 

With consistent workouts and a healthy diet, you will develop and/or maintain a wide range of fitness skills and be able to maintain various levels of physical activity for longer periods of time. Building muscle and fat loss will also be another benefit when diet and training are point.
