Bootcamp

Ideal Strength & Fitness's Bootcamp program is designed to help everyone gain and/or maintain a general fitness foundation.

Bootcamp will provide you with varied workouts which will mix light to moderate weight training with aerobics. You will be using various equipment such as TRX suspension bands, dumbbells, bands, kettlebells and much more.

With consistent workouts and a healthy diet, you will develop and/or maintain a wide range of fitness skills and be able to maintain various levels of physical activity for longer periods of time. Building muscle and fat loss will also be another benefit when diet and training are point.

ISF is currently offering Bootcamp sessions Monday - Friday and our intense Saturday Bootcamp. Workouts will be in a 1 Hour Session slot but workout completion will range from 40-60 Minutes. By having an active membership, you also gain access to our daily workouts from home!
